TMS320F2837XD PTP IBIS Model

Hello,

i have downloaded TMS320F2837XD PTP IBIS Model to simulate a SPI-slave communication with 31,25 MHz in Altium - Designer.

In Altium Designer i can select three different models:

- BCF3355D_WK_PU_ON_3P3

- BCF3355D_DRIVER_MODE_3P3

- BCF3355D_WK_PD_ON_3P3

Can anyone tell me the differences between them?

Ralf,

These are Weak PU, Weak PD and driver mode models for the IO. The sample iv curve behavior is attached here2086.bcf3385dshypbfz_7lm.pdf
