DSP 28335 SPI COmmunication and McBSP Communication at the same time possible??

I already have a code for the DSP-ADC and DSP DAC interfacing, ADC interface uses SPI communication and DAC interface using McBSP. Can I combine the 2 interfacing in one  code using the two (2) Interfacing?? is it possible??
