I am trying to execute motor control using TI-F28335. The PI values that I have chosen for the controllers work absolutely fine in simulation. The output of the PI controller is as expected.
But when I use these PI values on the hardware, the motor runs at the saturated value, i.e, the maximum value that I set using in the saturation part(program CCSv5). Either it runs at saturation value or it does not run at all. I am using a floating point processor. But I did use the IQ math set, without the correction factor for integral control. Even then it was the same case.
Could you please give me any suggestions.
