motor identify problem when running Instaspin FOC gui,

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8312

when i use the instaspin foc gui to identify the nema17 BLDC motor, the identify progress always stops at 45% of the progress, also when I identify the motor from user.h, the motor shakes badly, what's the reason of this phenomenon?

this is also the same when I run lab_proj2a , the identify progress will also stop.

is there any problem with my motor??

  • which HW are you using?
there is something wrong with the HW, HW jumpers/switches, or the motor

because you have the NEMA17 motor I'm guessing you have the DRV8312-69M-KIT
Make sure that the toggle switches on the DRV8312 board are in the middle "MCU" position.
