Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28377D, UNIFLASH, CONTROLSUITE, CC3200

i cant load the .cof file to C2pro. any other options?

thanks

  • Arun,

Take a look at TI provided UniFlash tool (supports F28377D): http://www.ti.com/tool/UNIFLASH .

    This is JTAG based.

    Thanks and regards,

    Vamsi

  • We also have USB and SCI flash programming tools in controlSUITE/device_support/~Utilities

    sal
  • Thanks,

but while installing it shows some error.

and also i tried with c2prog,there also an error "Invalid Hex Data".

  • Arun,

What version of UniFlash are you installing? It mentions 3.2 in the screenshot, but I'm not sure if that is just an incorrect string from the installer or not. UniFlash 3.2 does not support the C2000 devices. Please make sure you are installing the latest version (currently 3.4).

If you are still getting an installer error with the latest version, please look in your install directory after the error and see if there are any install logs that are in the folder. If there are, please send them to me, and I can take a look at what the problem is.

    Thanks,

    Ricky

  • please check the error while installing new version .

  • Arun,

The installation seems to be working for me. Can you make sure your proxy settings are correctly, or your firewall allows you to access the TI download site and try again? Alternately, please try installing UniFlash using the offline installer:

    Thanks,
