F28M35H52C1 - a data verification error occurred, file load failed

Hi at all,
I have done a import of the SolarExplorer_PVInverter_F28M35x_c28x example out of the ControlSUITE into my Code Composer Studio (V.6.1.0.00104).

I can build the project without Errors or warnings. But when I try to load the the programm into the C28 there is a error coming up:
"Load Program Failed" -
"File: c:\users\...\workspace_v6_1\SolarExplorer_PVInverter_F28M35x_C28x\F28M35x_FLASH\SolarExplorer_PVInverter_C28x.out: a data verification error occurred, file load failed.
File Loader: Verification failed: Values at address 0x000000000013F15A do not match Please verify target memory and memory map."

What or where should I change the settings to correct the error?
