Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28335
Hi, I noticed the 2837x and 2833x are both listed under for example the tools page 
. are the two processors similar enough to be ported from one to another easily? I'm designing a board and would like to be on the conservative side to use 28335 but later to migrate to a higher performance 28377. i tried to simply loading the 335 code into 377 but the code stuck at the pll wait-to-lock step.. other than the clock differences, is there anything special about the 377 single core from 335 set up? is there a migration guide to 377 from other processors?
