C28xx: Trouble Reading Register PC error

Hi Folks,

Everything was going great with the development until this morning. I received the following error as soon as I clicked the green Run arrow in the debugger:

C28xx: Trouble Reading Register PC: (Error -1142 @ 0x0) Device blocked debug access because it is currently executing non-debuggable code. Choose 'Rude Retry' to disable polite mode and force the operation. (Emulation package 6.0.14.0)

Any ideas what I did to create this? BTW - I changed my F28027F.cmd file to fix the FLASHA_D starting address bug. Changed it from 0x3F4000 to 0x3F0000.

Never mind. I had left out one of my ISR routines (SCIRx) and as soon as I added that and added the line "pie->SCIRXINTA = &sciRxISR;" to the HAL_initIntVectorTable() function I can run the program without the error. I don't understand why this fixes the problem but I'm not complaining.

To close the loop, since the ISR was not defined, the PIE was using whatever value was in the vector position for the SCIRXINTA in the PIE memory. This was most likely un-initialized so the core went into the weeds, hence the CCS message. Fix puts corrected ISR address in the PIE table.
