F28335 GPIO input leakage current with pullup disabled

Regarding a typical GPIO pin on the TMS320F28335 that has an internal pullup that can be enabled or disabled, I see electrical specs in the datasheet for the input leakage current when the pullup is enabled.  This is in section 6.3 (low input is -190uA max and high input is +-2uA max).  I do not see input leakage current specs for when the pullup is disabled.  Where/what are these values?
