Current Sensing Problem using Shunt Based current Sensing

Sir,

I Am Using Shunt Current Sensing method  for my drive (Ia & Ib), and facing problem when load is connect to the drive i.e. when high current is drawn from the drive (above 3 amps.).

When monitored the  current, it shows lot of spikes.

But when i connect Allegro Phase Current sensor (Ia & Ib , Phase Current)  i get nearly a clean current waveform And can go upto 6 Amps of current at 2800 RPM.

Don't know why i am facing Such a problem when using Shunt Current Sensing Method (Leg Current).
