XRS pin of tms320f28027

In data it is recommended to keep xrs open or connect RC circuit for noise immunity. However, in lauchpad it is pulled up externally. I am quite confused about it What should I follow

Hi Ashutosh,

Pulling it up through a resistor is what I follow and it works well; no issues at all :)

Hi Ashutosh,

We are in the process of updating our datasheets to clarify this point. Our recommendation is to add an external 2.2kΩ-10kΩ pull-up resister tied to VDDIO and a 100nF or smaller capacitor to ground to aid in noise filtering.
