CMD file error

When i am extending the range as L0 is of 4K , While debugging it start without halting the Program.

Sir,

here as attached image it is failing when allocating .text section (it require more memory) 

So when as here we have L0 of 4K size Available i have extended the length into given Block,

So it solved But the program automatically start when debugging it not getting Halted.

Here .text section require more memory, as we have 4K for L0 available extending it

As here we have 4k memory available for L0 extending it between this length , problem is solved

But here other problem occur ,while debugging program doesn't get halted...
