Library for CRC

Does anyone know, if there is a TI library for calculating the CRC-16 and CRC32 checksum?

Hi Tom,

as there are plenty of CRC "standards" I found the http://www.tty1.net/pycrc/ site very helpfull as it you can get C code for any CRC you want.

The generated code is very useful

Thanks, I´ll have a look on it.

Nevertheless, I thought there must be TI library for the crc calculations.

if you are having a device with a VCU module you can calculate CRC directly by VCU hardware as this is much faster.
