Hello,

We purchased a new TMDSDOCK28335 Kits from Mouser on Oct 17, 2015 (Order#9401691). We found that this new TMS320F28335 control-card is not functioning to XDS100 JTAG emulation on the docking station.

We then installed this control-card onto another docking station, of which we purchased two month ago. It don't work as well. Therefore, we confirmed that this new TMS320F28335 control-card is a bad one.

Mouser requested us to contact you for this issue. Please advise how can we get a new replacement control card.
