TMDSPLCKIT-V3 and TIDM-SOMPLC-F28PLC84 Questions

A couple more things I am fuzzy about:
1) what is the difference between TMDSPLCKIT-V3 and TIDM-SOMPLC-F28PLC84?
2) Does TIDM-SOMPLC-F28PLC84 come with 2 daughter cards & a mother board?
3) I want the same kit as TMDSPLCKIT4-ARIB EXCEPT I want it for CENELEC, what PN do I order?

    1) what is the difference between TMDSPLCKIT-V3 and TIDM-SOMPLC-F28PLC84?
    [TI] TMDSPLCKIT-V3 is the old version of TIDM-SOMPLC-F28PLC84. Technically, we support TIDM-SOMPLC-F28PLC84.

    2) Does TIDM-SOMPLC-F28PLC84 come with 2 daughter cards & a mother board?
    [TI] Yes.

    3) I want the same kit as TMDSPLCKIT4-ARIB EXCEPT I want it for CENELEC, what PN do I order?
