28069M IQTABLES3 memory location

The linker command file for the F28069M, and the ROM address table in the documentation seem to disagree on the starting address of IQTABLES3.

c:\ti\motorware\motorware_1_01_00_14\sw\ide\ccs\cmd\f2806x\F28069M.cmd [line 86]:

IQTABLES2 : origin = 0x3FE780, length = 0x00008C /* IQ Math Tables in Boot ROM */
IQTABLES3 : origin = 0x3FE80C, length = 0x0000AA /* IQ Math Tables in Boot ROM */

InstaSPIN-FOC and InstaSPIN-MOTION User's Guide (SPRUHJ1F), 2014-06, Tables 8-3 ROM Table Addresses (F2806xF/F2806xM):

FPUTABLES - 3FD590
IQTABLES - 3FDC30
IQTABLES2 - 3FE780
IQTABLES3 - 3FE8B6

Any idea on which of these is correct? Also- where is the length of IQTABLES3 documented for the F2806xM devices? The ROM address table in the TMS320x2806x Technical Reference Manual (SPRUH18E) does not contain the memory map for these devices, or even mention that they have a different map.
