Ti c2000 f286069 auto shut down and heating issue

Whenever I am connecting my TI board to usb port of the board, it is making some buzzing sound and after that it shuts down automatically within span of 5 sec.

Earlier it was working perfectly.

The temperature of board is increasing as soon as the board is connected.
What could be the possible reason for that.

    Hi Aditya,

    Please check your LDO and voltages around the mcu. What I fear is your device might've been damaged no doubt but you need to find the root that triggered this. In my case it was faulty LDO that was supplying higher voltages than required - had to replace both LDO and mcu.
