You can simply use the Signal Generator or SGEN library. You can find the same: C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\dsp\SGEN

i am not able to find SGEN library

You need to download controlSuite software.

i am writing this code where sin_ out is a signal of 0.02 amplitude and 100 Hz frequency. i am superimposing it with a fixed duty cycle of 0.54 value. i am taking all this out on PWM 3.
Is this correct?

Sorry Waseem, I won't be able to verify the same. Why don't you simply check on the DSO?

you can generate duty cycle of converter, either DC value with Sawtooth/Triangular i.e
[MODE bits-> TB_COUNT_UP / TB_COUNT_DOWN / TB_COUNT_UPDOWN]
OR Sinusoidal with Sawtooth/Triangular.
Duty cycle not possible in between the DC value and Sinusoidal signal.

Simply refer the Signal Generator library present in controlSuite. Its denoted as SGEN folder (controlsuit->lib -> dsp->sgen)

i have the controluit but  am not able to locate the said file "sgen" in lib 

Go through the user guide present in the same folder for the implementation.

C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\dsp\SGEN this is the path on my system. if you installed ControlSUIT most be present in controlsuit folder, check properly or further install ControlSUIT software.
