In addition to Joy's comment, do check the IQMath userguide for detailed setup:
C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\math\IQmath\v160\doc

Can we Print above data variable (out1) in Console window like:
printf("out1= %f", out1,);

Your above link not provide sufficient information, for printing [out1] variable in IQmath library.
