Difference between F2808 and F2809

I am having a leadtime problem with F2808 and I would like to use F2809 instead.

Could you please help confirm following items,

 

1.100BGA of F2808 and 2809 have exactly the same pin-out

2. F2809 supports the same functions/performance (except different FLASH size). The user code for F2808 is 100% compatible (no change required) with F2809.
