INSTA-Spin FOC and Motion libraries for TMDXIDDK379D?

TMDXIDDK379D. It appears to have everything I was looking for and more except for the Insta-spin FOC and Insta-spin motion libraries on chip. Are these available as software modules/libraries that can be included in the project or are other resources available to add this functionality?

    Glad you like TMDXIDDK379D.  It's a great solution for industrial servo systems.

    We do not support InstaSPIN-FOC on the Delfino family of devices. Just on Piccolo F2806x, 5x, 2x.  We get requests for this, but to be frank we don't believe there is enough demand to justify the significant investment it takes to support this platform.

    We do not offer as a library, only manufactured in execute only ROM for select devices.

    InstaSPIN-MOTION is also not fully supported (since it is a super set of -FOC), however LineStream Technologies (whom we licensed the SpinTAC motion suite from which turns -FOC into -MOTION) has discussed providing flash programmed with SpinTAC library F2837x devices.  This would not include MotorWare or even any FOC code. Just the motion suite that you connect into your own control system.  If you're interested let us know and I'll make sure LineStream is made aware.

    I like to know if SpinTac library is available for Delfino or not?

    Can I check the status of "providing flash programmed with SpinTAC library F2837x devices", is it available now?

    No, this is not available and LineStream does not have plans to provide the library on Delfino devices.  The InstaSPIN-MOTION / SpinTAC solution is only available on Piccolo F2806x and F2805x series.
