I received a notice that my ControlSuite needed to be updated. I have waited over an hour for it to install, and it appears to be hung with the full bar of "Copying New Files." Earlier today, it said it could not read a particular setup file. I waited several hours before trying again. During the second attempt, I turned of SONAR protection, which seems to help with CCS updates. I usually turn it back on after a CCS update has finished. Again, it is right now "hung" at roughly 100% of "Copying new files." I will allow it to sit and see if it actually installs this time.
Any ideas why this problem is occurring?
