Dear Team,
My customer would like to know information about die rev
I have not fully understand the logic of die revision marking : according to you, the die revision is called “ A , B , C ,” but in several TI documents , die rev is called “1.x , 2.x , 3.x ….” As hereafter “TEXAS Table -. Die revision vs IDLE2 opcode”:
Concretely, when I see “B” on the top marking of TMS320C31PQA40 , I understand it’s B die revision. But what is the link with B die rev vs “1.x / 2.x / …” die rev ?
Is it possible please to provide us a table of die as identification as follow:
|
TMS320C31PQA40 Top marking digit |
Die Rev 1 |
Die rev 2 ???? |
|
A |
A |
1.x ? 2.x ? … |
|
B |
B |
1.x ? 2.x ? … |
|
C |
C |
1.x ? 2.x ? … |
|
D |
D |
1.x ? 2.x ? … |
|
… |
… |
… |
We are using a TMS320LC31 P/N : is it the same logic for die revision ?
Thanks for your support.
