TMS320F28335PGFA Digital signal controller

Hi,

I am using TMS320F28335PGFA controller in my project. Unable to program it through JTAG.

Its a fresh assembled board(first time programming). Using code composer studio v3.3 for programming with c2000 series xds510lc jtag emulator.

Error : asking for key

Getting an error as shown in attached image.

Please provide your support at the earliest, i am on a tight schedule and this issue is holding up the further tasks

Are the other similar boards from the same lot - programming?

Hi Santosh,

Tool is asking for password because device is LOCKED which means the password location in flash are programmed with some value. If you have not programmed password location then either it got programmed because something got mapped to those location in .outfile (check your map file) or it got corrupted because of interruption during flash operation.

Are you facing this issue on multiple devices or just this one?
