i am using tmx320f28377d sample everything working fine. code loaded successfully.when using TMS320F28377d sample it is not loading code giving data verification failed at 0x00080000 location.i am using our own board

Can you check if you can read/write to RAM locations via memory watch window of CCS?

Raghu,

Along with what Vivek suggested, please try below as well:

1) Please check for updates in CCS/UniFlash and install the updates from "TI C2000 Device Support" and "Debug server Flash".

2) Try giving a debug reset before loading the code to Flash.

3) Can you enable Verbose output mode available at the bottom of the CCS Flash Plugin/UniFlash and provide us more details of this failure from the console window?
