Lab9+10a won't run standalone

I got problems as follows.

e2e.ti.com/.../480444 won't run&tisearch=Search-EN-Everything#pi316717=3


I tried the same way but I could not resolve.
I use TMS320F28054F as DSP.
lab 9+10a is applied.

I can control an electric current normally before removing Debugger . But I can’t control after removing Debugger.
