I want to know what is the minimum sufficient decoupling capacitor for core and IOs.

    Hello,

    The capacitance requirement for each supply rail should come from the device requirements which you use to power the supply rails. We do not have a minimum specification requirement in the DS, but you can look at the controlCARD for reference.
