Hello,

We want to do real time external PWM

1. synchronization with gpio by timer

2. controlling &

3.regeneration is it possible with GPIO ?

    Hi Dharam,

    The easiest way would be use a eCAP to capture and drive the ePWM using the captured parameters.
    If you want to stick to the above steps ie GPIOs for both purpose then, you need to be aware that GPIOs can toggle only upto certain frequencies. So check that! Also you can very well implement the above by configuring GPIO as an external interrupt and toggling the target GPIO inside this ISR. Check for the latency.
