LaunchPad XL TMS320F28027F and target connnection

Hi,

I can't connect always the LaunchPad XL TMS320F28027F using CCS6.1. The steps I did were as follow:

1. Set up the LaunchPad XL.
   1. S1 (UP-UP-UP).
   2. S4 (ON).
   3. Jumpers placed.
2. Connect the evaluation board and verify the hardware was installed (TI XDS100 channels A and B detected).
3. Open CCS6.1 and select new target configuration.
   1. Connection --> TI XDS100v2 USB Debug Probe.
   2. Board --> TMS320F28027
4. Save configuration and launch test connection.

Result --> The JTAG DR Integrity scan-test has failed (in most cases).

Sometimes the test was satisfactory and any change was made on evalution board or CCS.
