HV Solar DC-Ac capacity increase

We have purchased Evolution Board of Model TMDSHV1PHINVKIT : TMS320F2803X, Solar Invertor HV DC-AC Board V2.2 , as per data sheet it is of 600W. I want to increase the capacity of the same to 3000W. Please suggest us what need to be change in same board in hardware components and software parameters. 

If you have any design, BOM, schematic, software parameters etc. for the same for 3000W. Please provide us. 

On top of that if any thing about taking care of efficiency, heat and any other task please let us know.

  • The purpose of this TI EVM is to demonstrate digital control implementation of DC/AC inverter using C2000 MCU. This EVM is not about inverter power stage design. As a power inverter designer you need to go through the detail power stage design process. Then you should be able to use most of our software with some parameter changes needed for your 3kW design.

    Based on your PWM frequency, input/output voltages and power spec you need to design the power stage components (inductor, switches, caps etc). This is available in power electronics literature and is not the focus of this EVM.
