    Natan,

    On LF240x devices the JTAG serial port is only used for emulation purposes. The full requirements of the IEEE1149.1 standard are not implemented and the registers are not present on the silicon. For boundary scan purposes, the device operates only in 'bypass' mode, allowing multiple devices to be connected on the same chain, but in such a case the C2000 is not being scanned.  Consequently there is no BSDL file available.

    This is noted at the foot of the cover page on the LF2407A datasheet.
