there come a problem when i using controlSUITE scalar control method with TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT.

during the motor start rotating, CCS become crush.

And it show an error message : (Error -150) One of the FTDI driver functions used during configuration returned a invalid status or an error.

How can i solve this problem?

However, there are no error message come out when using the HVACIMTR with same program.

It goes wrong only when i use mine ac induction motor.

Hi,

The disconnection is likely due to EMI or similar types of noise that the motor/inverter are generating.

The USB cable in our kits is not as robust as it could be. You may want to try using a different cable.

The use of ferrites (or USB cables with an inbuilt ferrite) can help improve connection stability.

(also, and in case you aren't, please start with build level 1 - since you are using a new motor)

it seems like that it is EMI problem came from motor part.
