Can you use the Launchpad boards in a commercial product. These chips are perfect for my embedded design but I really do no want to create my own MCU boards.

Please note that all TI EVMs are designed to be evaluation platforms. As such, we do not make any guarantees on long-term quality of the board. We also cannot make claims to whether the design can meet your system requirements.

For this design in particular, EMI testing was not done.

We recommend that customer's build their own boards for usage in their system.
