In build 1 , I connect DC 36V with the kit ,but with no connecting a Resistive load of the Flyback stage.At step19 I give duty 0.1 in the duty_flyback_pu , but the Q9 (IRFB4227PBF) became hot and was not able to work again.So I changed it ,but once I give duty 0.1 in the duty_flyback_pu, it broke down again.I cheaked the PWM and the gate singal .The left Figure is the down MOSFET Q9 gate signal and the right Figure is the upper MOSFET Q8 gate signal.Could anyone tell me why it did this ?
