If I configure the GSxACCPROTn register with bitfield CPUWRPROT_GSm = 1, then CPU writes for the specified GSxRAM are blocked. Does that mean none of the CPU has write permission to that memory, even for the master CPU?

Yes, your understanding is correct. If WRITE protection is enable then none of the CPU will be able to write to that RAM block (please note the non-master CPU does not have write access any way).
