Hi Gautam,

I can program the 176pin tms320f28377s successfully in wait boot mode. But when i configure EPWM module and blink LED on a gpio(37) it does not work. Same code works with the 100 pin version in launchpad. I have checked pin to pin. what could be the reason?

Hi Saurabh,

Code running on 100pin device should work fine on 176pin device as well. GPIO37 pin is not available on 100pin package. Please check if you are using some other pin.

Hi Vivek

I am using GPIO37 in 176 pin version but for testing the code I configured different gpio in 100 pin and it was working fine. Infact 176 pin version gets programmed successfully in wait boot mode but neither gpio nor epwm module is working with the same code.

Saurabh,

I would suggest to check the 176pin board in this case because 100pin and 176pin devices are SW code compatible and there should not be any issue. Also to debug further you should run the same test with debugger connected and then step through the code to see if the function which toggle the pins is getting executed as expected.
