FOC control without CCS

Hi,

I am using PMSM FOC sensored TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT , write now I am running the sample code in the RAM of F28035 control card.

I am developing a prototype of an Electric vehicle drive. 

I need to run the motor without CCS and to control the motor via a tab. 

How can I control the code flashed externally without CCS.

Any useful links will be appreciated.
