SCI echoback example not running on flash

1. I tested f28335 sci echoback example on RAM. - working fine
2. I have configured it to run from flash by seeing flash example - it is not working as on RAM.

Note:I have tried running GPIO toggle example on flash - working fine

Note: I am using dedicated SCI pins, as there is USB to serial chip present on kit.

please help.
