Rate of GPIO toggling is different on RAM and flash

I have run f28335 GPIO toggle example on RAM and Flash.
I observed that rate of toggling is not same for RAM and flash.

why is this behaviour?

Ashish,

How much difference you are observing? Please note that Flash is wait-stated memory so there'll be some difference in performance while running code Flash vs RAM. Execution from RAM will be faster.
