Xiaojian wu,

Maximum frequency allowed on F28075 device is 120MHz. Hence, in the CCS Flash Plugin GUI/UniFlash GUI, configure the PLL for 120MHz and not for 190MHz.

CCS Flash Plugin/UniFlash should have updates to make 120MHz as the default PLL configuration for F28075 in the GUI. Please check for updates and install them.
