F28377D "hrpwm_slider" example has no output on the B channels

I have been having issues with the High Resolution PWM working in my own code and I decided to revert to the TI example "hrpwm_slider" and haven't gotten a response yet on that but wanted have run into another issue. I am using a ControlCard and I just downloaded examples from ControlSuite for the F28377D \V1.9 and I built and loaded the project and there is no output on the 1B and 3B channels. Those are the two channels that I am probing with a scope (1A,1B,3A and 3B) Can anyone explain this? The documentation specifically mentions the outputs on A and B channels are hi-res capable and should change. The 1A and 3A are working and I can see hi-res changes by modifying DutyFine.
