Hi,
I'm trying to implement FOC sensorless to ACIM with high voltage motor control kit (f28035).
At level 3 test, no matter what Kp and Ki tuned, the output of pi_id and pi_iq didn't track the Ref signal.
Are there something that i miss?
Thanks

1. Looks like the PI controllers have saturated, and hence staying put there.
2. Just to verify PI controller, loop the .Out value back in .Fbk and you will see that the PI controller works.
3. Restore it back, and verify if you feed enough DC bus voltage in the system.
Thanks for the reply
If i set the id_ref=0.08, iq_ref= 0.05, then my pi controller can track the reference signal.
But the motor won't spin in this situation.
If i set the id_ref=0.1, iq_ref=0.05, then my pi controller will go saturate and never track the ref signal.
However, the motor will start to spin to the reference speed at this time.
