cannot open source file "limits.h"

I have included #include "IQmathLib.h" in my main function, However I get the following error msg:

"C:/tidcs/c28/DSP2802x/v126/DSP2802x_common/include/IQmathLib.h", line 86: fatal error: cannot open source file "limits.h"
