F2837x device has BOR?

Hi everyone,

Would F28377S device need external reset circuit ?

Does this device has BOR circuit ?

F28377S LaunchPad don't have external reset circuit but Datasheet(SPRS881C) don't describe BOR trip point.

Hello Mino,

The F2837x only has an internal POR which holds the device in reset during power up to keep the IOs in a high-impedance state. If you require that voltage of the supply rails on the F2837x to be monitored, that will have to be done using external hardware.
