I'm currently writing a bootloader for the concerto f28m36x device but I ran into a serious problem today:
first of all a short description of the features of the bootloader:
- the bootloader is currently running SYSBIOS (to utilize debug messages which are printed directly into the CCS console)
- the bootloader can parse an Intel-hex format hex-file and flash this into the memory of the m3 core.
- the hex-file of the application demo program is generated by the built-in ARM HEX utility of CCS
Problem description: the data which is in the intel-hex file is not the same as the data which is programmed by the debugger probe (via JTAG)

only the first byte is the same in index 0 and index 4 where in each case began a new line of the hex file. For comparing I attach the hex file below but I don't have a clue why the data in the HEX file is not the same as from the debugging probe.

The demo application sends just some test string via the RS232

thanks for the reply. In fact my flash driver takes already care about the 16 byte borders (because of the ECC checksum bytes).
So I can confirm that the flash sector is erased properly and also programmed properly!
Please have a look on the HEX-file and the data programmed by the parser (pic) is the same, but the data which is in the same adress when the debugger flashes it via JTAG is not the same.
How can this happen?
How can I produce a HEX-file with the same data as the debugger flashes it via JTAG?
I also attach the map file and the hex-file in ASCII coding here now, maybe this makes it easier

in the first hex file (which is called .hex) only every 4th byte is inside. This is also the case for the other files but if you use subsequently one byte from .hex one byte from .a1, one from .a2 and one from .a3 the correct value would be written to the flash.
I don't need 4 files. Can please anyone help how I can configure the hex utility to just generate one single file?
