Including LaunchPad in commercial Product

I will reiterate from one of the other forum posts: no one on the e2e forum is qualified to give you legal advice; if you need to determine if something is or is not legal, you will probably need to consult with a lawyer.

The schematics, code, and layout are all free to be re-used in your own design, so if you have a working launchpad prototype, it shouldn't be too hard to spin that prototype into a custom board. If your product does well, you will want to have this ready to go so you can build more in whatever volume you need, and so that you can more quickly build your next generation of product when the time comes.

The STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVALUATION MODULES says:

EVMs have no direct function and are not finished products. EVMs shall not be directly or indirectly assembled as a part or subassembly in any finished product.
