TMS320F28069 internal PLL clock tolerance

We are using the TMS320F28069 in our design with the internal PLL to create the 90MHz system clock.

 

I’m looking at the data sheet for a tolerance to this clock.

 

Other than a temperature compensated plot, All I could find was that 90MHz is the default, in addition to being the maximum clock speed.

 

Would you have any more insight to this.

    Hello Tom,

    Table 5-7 in the datasheet shows that TYP internal OSC frequency is 10MHz. Table 5-8 shows accuracy of the internal OSC over temperature (-3.5% +4.5%). SPRAB84 discusses how to achieve +-1% accuracy via oscillator compensation using the internal temperature sensor.
