I would like to install the following tool in order to interface a C2000 Microcontroller with ADS8422 ADC.

When I download the file and run the application  I see an error that "No valid Code Composer installation found"

I have CCS 6.1.3 installed on my computer. It is the free trial version. Could that be the problem? I'd like to know before purchasing the full version.
