XDS100v2 emulator connection to TMS320F2808

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F2808

Hello,

I have got a control board equipped by TMS320F2808 DSP and I have

bought XDS100v2 emulator with 14 pin female connector for debugging

purposes. There was no header connector for emulator connection on

the control board. So I have soldered the connector on the control board.

When I tried to connect emulator to the control board I recognized that

one hole on the emulator's connector is blinded. I am confused. I don't

know how to connect the emulator. Shall I cut off one of the pins on

the header connector by pliers? I don't know which one. When I look

at the schematics I see that the header connector is connected to

following signals:

TMS, TRST, TDI, TDO, TCK (2x), EMU0, EMU1, GND (5x).

Can I remove one GND pin? Please can somebody tell me how

to solve it? Thanks.
