Dear Sir,

I received the CD from the agent of TI in Taiwan and only a file was inside. The name of file is "Texas Instruments Prime Development Package V3.0.exe".

Is it correct? The label of the target board is "Texas Instruments - Power Line Comms dock. [Rev. C-2]" with TMS320F28335 DSP card.

After I executed the .exe file and installed into my computer, I found that some files and data which I need have not into the installed directory.

How do I get the support if I have the problem about PLC? My mail was rejected for sending to e-mail: plc_modem_support@list.ti.com or plc_support@list.ti.com

Dear KC,

you have received the rigth content, with a revision that may be 3.0 or 3.1 (you can figure this out in the release note).

We had some maintenance on the plc_support@list.ti.com that may explains your issue: we just checked and this is fully operational.

Please resend your inquiry about the missing files to this list and we will assit you.

I have sent the mail about PLC issues to plc_support@list.ti.com. Expect to get response ASAP.

Furthermore, how do I get the document named "PRIME Spec v1.3" which is mentioned at the document "PLC Suite Host Message Protocol Specification". I don't find it under the installed directory.
